DVD Synopsis and information:
Tim Murphy (played terrifically by Don Johnson) is a troubled Vietnam veteran. Murphy loses his job and subsequently begins to spiral into a world of pain and terror by reliving all the horrific events that he experienced during his tour in Vietnam. Tim's PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) causes he and spouse extreme stress and strain and that take a toll on his after war life and nearly destroy his marriage and family. Murphy continues to struggle with his emotions and mental issues and only after he joins a veterans therapy group does Tim find some relief from his ongoing nightmares. With the critical support of his fellow Vietnam vets and the love of his wife Paula (played by Lisa Blount), Tim then begins the long road to emotional recovery.

Cease Fire DVD 1985 is a fantastic drama that deals with the extreme difficulty that some vets deal with from all wars that later became commonly known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
