DVD Synopsis and information:
Hands down, Curly Sue is one of John Hughes best films. The story revolves around a young girl who has a serious knack for the con game. Sue, played by the adorable Allisan Porter, has been raised in the slightly less than scrupulous Bill Dance, played by James Belushi. Along comes attorney Grey Ellison, played by Kelly Lynch. Grey falls for the two con artists, Sue and Bill, takes them in and now their lifestyle gets a big boost. This is a very funny drama and comedy and it's full of laughs and moments of tenderness. Porter is super cute and has great timing for her first feature film. Hughes hits another home run. Once again, a terrific effort by John Hughes and company.
The tremendous Curly Sue cast give a wonderful performance. Porter gives an adorable performance as Curly Sue and you’ll quickly find a soft spot for her adorable locks. Belushi and Porter are terrific together. You don’t want a miss a minute of the Curly Sue DVD.
