After narrowly escaping a brutal and frightening rape attempt, Marjorie (played brilliantly by Farrah Fawcett) is then haunted at the thought that her assailant (played by the energetic and scarey James Russo) now knows exactly where she lives. But when Russo shows up at her door and subjects her to a myriad of physical and mental assaults, Marjorie shows inner and physical strength and manages to both disarm and capture her attacker. Extremities is loaded with terror, rage and and hostility. Marjorie conspires with her roommates (played aptly by Diana Scarwid and Alfre Woodard) to take the law into her own hands. But as Marjorie's rage and righteous justification consumes her she shocks her friends with a proposal that challenges the extremely thin line between justice and vengeance.
Extremities DVD 1986 is an excellent film that takes a hard and raw look at rape and revenge with powerful performances by Fawcett and Russo. Farrah Fawcett delivers a powerful and raw performance. Extremities 1986 DVD takes a hard look at rape, forced break in and vigilante justice. Farrah Fawcett is truly powerful and believable as the assaulted victim turned torturer in Robert Young's Extremities DVD. Fawcett turns in a riveting performance as does Russo in Extremities DVD. There is always a sense or dread while watching Extremities DVD.
Extremities DVD is one of the rare 80s films that is loaded with both tension and fear from a real human predator.
