The Munsters are tired of all the pitchforks, torches and angry mobs in Transylvania, and frankly they get tossed out of there home sweet gothic castle. The scarey family set sail for America to get away from it all, so to speak. While fleeing the local Transylvanian villagers, Herman finds a piece of a letter from his sister
Elsa Munster Hyde and his brother in law Norman Hyde from America
and the family decides to travel to California
to search for Herman's brother in law. Then, much to the Munsters dismay, they find out that Norman has inadvertently turned himself into Brent Jekyll, who is running fiendishly for congress. On the next days, the Munster family faces problem with the adaptation in the new country: Lily meets her snoopy neighbors. Grandpa has to make a special formula to turn Norman back into his old an nicer self.
When they meet their niece Marilyn, they are informed that Norman is missing and his wife is in coma due to her loss. Grandpa researches in the laboratory a cure for Elsa and finds a secret videotape that shows what has happened with Norman. Eddie also mizes in the loop with going to the local school and has problem with the campus bully. When the candidate to the Congress Brent Jeckyll arrives at the campaign, Grandpa discloses the truth about the past of the bigotry candidate. Here Come The Munsters DVD is a great Halloween title and for fans of the original Munsters this is a must own title.
