Getting
Respected Is One Big Goal For Respect Is KING. Comedy Icon and legend
Rodney Dangerfield is a the top of his soccer game as Chester, a kooky
old salesman looking for a little, ahem - respect and a big job
promotion wouldn't hurt one bit either. To impress his superior, Chester
gets a soccer coaching gig of the company sponsored girls soccer team,
aptly names The Ladybugs, They are seemingly going to get hammered by
their competition. Chester decides this team needs a gal who plays like a
stud. Chester then secretly enlists his lady's son, Matthew, played by
Jonathan Bandis, to become - Martha, the Ladybugs' newest star
teammate. With his harebrained idea setup Chester thinks he has a chance
at taking down the championship and saving his job or maybe losing it
all!
In the spirit of Kicking and Screaming, Ladybugs 1992 DVD is a laugh-out-loud family comedy in a league of its own. This is a very fun early 90s comedy with Brandis around the time he did the teem martial arts film, Sidekicks.
Ladybugs DVD is a tremendous teen comedy from the early 90s.
