After nearly being rundown by a brutal street gang, known as the Scars, Brenda (played by Linda Blair - The Exorcist) and her close friends trash the gang leader's car. Gang leader, Jake, played by Robert Dryer, exacts his toll and revenge by getting his gang compatriots to gang rape Brenda's younger mute sister, Heather (in a terrifically nuanced performance by Linnea Quigley). Brenda proclaims war on the gang and its leader, she is armed with a bad ass crossbow and a mean attitude. Brenda sets out to avenge her mute-deaf sister while blazing a bloody, Bronson style inspired trail of vengeance through 80s Los Angeles.
