DVD Synopsis and information:
Jenny Seagrove plays a wicked nanny with evil intentions on her mind. From the director of The Exorcist comes a great thriller with serious horror overtones with lots of special makeup and gore effects throughout. This is a tautly directed film with great pacing and suspense. It brings to light the scenario of bringing in someone you trust with your child and then not only is the trust abused, it's shattered. The Guardian deserves a place on any serious horror film fan's shelf.

This is not on the same level as Friedkin's horror masterpiece, The Exorcist, but it;s an interesting horror film that will surely entertain. The Guardian DVD is a terrific thriller from Friedkin.
